Private accreditation and international quality assurance
The International Registry for Certified Professional is a private accreditation body established under Malagasy law and operating internationally through voluntary quality assurance and professional competency recognition activities.
Our positioning
IRCP evaluates organizations, centers, programmes and professional arrangements against documented criteria. IRCP accreditation is a private and voluntary decision based on evidence, impartial analysis and a formal decision.

Categories adapted to professional needs
The IRCP framework uses distinct levels to clearly separate the evaluation of an institution, programme, training activity and learning format. This makes it possible to identify exactly what has been evaluated.
Institutional accreditation
Overall evaluation of a center, institute, academy, training organization or professional structure.
Accreditation of programmes and qualifications
Evaluation of structured programmes, professional pathways, private diplomas, titles and qualifications offered by an organization.
Accreditation of short courses and CPD
Recognition of professional training, continuing professional development pathways and structured learning arrangements.
Accreditation of workshops and micro-certifications
Evaluation of short formats: workshops, masterclasses, micro-certifications, practical training and specialized activities.
Online and blended pathways
A framework for organizations delivering training remotely, in person or through a blended model.

A progressive and transparent approach
Eligibility
Identification of the organization, its field of activity, legal situation and requested scope.
Document review
Analysis of policies, governance, programmes, competencies, assessments and public information.
In-depth evaluation
Interviews, evidence review, practice sampling and, where relevant, a remote or on-site visit.
Decision
Independent review of the file and notification of a reasoned decision, including scope, conditions where applicable and validity period.
Monitoring and renewal
Periodic review, management of changes, complaints and risks, followed by renewal under the rules of the framework.
WHAT IRCP ACCREDITATION MEANS
Recognition linked to a defined scope
IRCP accreditation indicates that an organization or arrangement has been evaluated against the applicable framework, within a defined scope and for a specified period. It supports clearer practices, partner confidence and continuous improvement.
Decisions are published with the information needed for understanding and verification when the holder has authorized publication.
LIMITS AND TRANSPARENCY
A clearly defined private accreditation
IRCP accreditation does not replace an administrative authorization, state recognition, diploma equivalence, professional license or decision by a competent national body.
IRCP does not present itself as a public body and does not claim automatic recognition by ISO, IAF, Global ACI or INQAAHE. Each normative or international reference is presented according to its actual scope.
QUALITY REFERENCES
A framework open to international references
For personnel certification activities, ISO/IEC 17024 is a relevant reference for competence, impartiality and consistency in the certification process. References relating to accreditation bodies and quality assurance are used according to the relevant field and do not, by themselves, constitute an accreditation decision.
